TWMS
December
The December TWMS was held on December 3rd with the annual Christmas Mart starting at 10:00.  In addition to the dozen or so vendors, Bob Gordon and Harold Tilton had their trains set up.  All this happened at Studio 96.  The kids built gingerbread houses at The Broadway Market.  There was a drawing for $100 in Main Street Christmas bucks.
Mike's Memos
Studio 96 is all but complete, with the exceptions of the bathrooms.  The flooring, kitchen and the art studio are all in and it looks great!  How lucky we are to have a such a facility.  Main Street Sterling plans on using it for several of our functions throughout the year.  If you need a place for a function, reunion, etc., please plan on using it.  That is what it is there for.
Membership Drive
We have one of the most beautiful Main Streets in the state and it is getting better all the time. This is due, in large part, to the members of Main Street Sterling. Individuals can join for as little as $25. Of course you can give much more. Donations may be tax deductible. Contact Us Today!

October 28th - 31st, 2011
The October TWM was held on both Friday, the 28th and Monday the 31st at the Shay Building.  It was Main Street's Halloween Spooktacular.  Many ghosts, goblins and scary things inhabited the building those two nights.  There was even a mad scientist with a table full of yucky stuff and the monster he created.  Although there was not an exact count, there were approximately 300 people who braved going through it.

Pine Tree Palace
December 4th, 11th, 18th from 2:00p.m. - 4:00p.m. - Movies for kids at the Sterling Public Library.
Popcorn will be provided. Kids can bring a drink with a lid.
December 10th 7:30p.m. - Sterling High School Christmas Jazz concert at the Grade School.
$5/ticket or $20/family and desert is provided.
December 12th 7:30p.m. - Sterling High School Band Concert
December 19th 7:00p.m. - K-4 concert at Sterling College
December 20th 7:00p.m. - Sterling High School Choir @ Methodist Church
